2007-2008 J P Kenny Ltd (London) Subsea construction Consultant offices based create (Pipeline repair) (Rasgas development) procedures for Pipeline repair manual. Identify contractors, tools and equipment for presentation, Re-view diving –technical abilities for sub sea construction pipeline repair techniques including hyperbaric welding, repair clamps/sleeves, flange/pipe to pipe connectors and above water tie-ins. Review ROV/Diving equipment for repair techniques – establish marine diving audits and emergency contacts.

2007 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard DSV Pelican installation of tie-in spool at unity platform and protection mattresses. Monitor activities at Venture Kittiwake platform for 6inch W/I and oil pipeline removal and tie-in of 10inch Unity pipeline to PLET.

2007 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard CSO Alliance. (Pipeline repair) Installation of grouted repair sleeve on 36inch CATS main trunk pipeline to Teesside terminal. Complete vessel assurance, review procedures and correspond with BP terminal for isolations and PTW.

2007 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard Toisa Polaris, Installation of riser clamps and 4 sections of riser, install 6 tie-in spools at BP unity Platform. Install gearbox on SSIV and lock open for depressurisation operations on CATS pipeline

2007 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard CSO Orelia for Phase 2 campaign on Machar intelligent pigging program, gas sampling, diagnostics for blockage on chemical injection lines. RHUM/SCM manifold & tree change out, Bruce WAD scale blockage clearing and Farragon hydraulic diagnostics and leak repair.

2007 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard Subsea Viking for west of Shetland field, Pigging and testing infield pipelines using ROV PLRs installation.

2006-2007 Petrosa Snr Client Representative onboard pipelay barge Lorelay. Based in south Africa for review of procedures, and offshore for installation and of the south coast gas development project, installation of 8” 12” and 14” gas pipelines carried with 3” piggy bag. Installation of 2x corrosion monitoring joints, 3x inline tees and 1x lay through spool from 8” to 12” pipeline.

2006 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard Skandi Navica for West of Shetlands Installation of infield 8 x 10inch pipelines production and water, (Pipeline repair) recovery and repair of 10inch water injection line. Installation of FTAs on all pipelines

2006 BP UK Snr Client Representative onboard Subsea Viking for west of Shetland field maintenance programme. Installation of manifolds and remedial valve replacement.

2006 BP UK diving Sub sea construction coordinator onboard BP Magnus for Magnus expansion program (MEP). Coordinate vessel activities and performing authority for working control certificate. Liaise with platform management and DSV for construction and isolations for installation of conductor guide frame and clamps. Coordination for topside construction using rope access personnel

2005 BP UK Snr Client Representative Rhum Project onboard Normand Pioneer for MPP Ploughing and back filling infield pipelines. Installation and trenching of infield and main control umbilicals. Vessel assurance and Lifting gear check & alignment with LOLER and PUWER Regulations.

2005 BP UK Client Representative Wellhead abandonment programme onboard Sewell DSV for CAT 1 & 2 wells.

2003-2004 J.P Kenny Ltd (London). Southern Water (Pipeline repair) Project Construction manager for rectification of 10inch flexible pipeline across the Solent. Based in London office to produce procedures and working on all offshore activities from survey, investigation repair and final commissioning. Complete all HIRAS reports within companies and HSE procedures

2003 - Centrica rough storage facility. Snr Client Representative. Annual IRM and riser clamp installation (DSV Aquamarine)

2003- Shell Expro UK Ltd – Dive/Construction Representative. Gas lift spool installation, wellhead intervention for insertion of DHSV using straddle valve, Chemical flushing downhole, wellhead isolation. Recovery of xmas trees and replacement. Trenching Golden Eye project. Vessels: (DSV Aquamarine)(DSV Well ops Seawell) (Dredge barge Manta)

2002-2003 – J.P Kenny Ltd (London)/Bord Gais Ireland – Snr Client Representative for installation of Interconnector 2 project. Installation of 30 & 10 inch pipelines and tie-ins. Vessels: (Solitaire)(Togmor)(Seaspider)

2002 – Exxon/Mobil - Client Representative Office based updating wellhead and platform inspection and maintenance manuals.

2001 – Exxon/Mobil - Client Representative Wellhead intervention for hydraulic leak on DHSV. Investigation and isolations for rectification. (DSV Aquamarine)

2001- SAIBOS Construction SNR Client Representative on Seaway Kestrel for installation of gooseneck spools and doghouse protection covers on three riser towers on Girassol project for ELF exploration Ltd Angola. Oversee construction and contractual obligations for the contract. (DSV Kestrel)

2001 – Calenergy Ltd - Client Representative Annual IRM, Chemical injection valve and hydraulic compensator replacement. Wellhead isolations and valve operations. (DSV Aquamarine)

2001 - BP-Arco - Client Representative Annual IRM, Pipeline remedial, wellhead hydraulic leak investigation, chemical jumpers hose change out, Choke insert removal and replacement. Wellhead isolations and valve operations. Office based working on wellhead and platform inspection and maintenance manuals. Annual acoustic pipeline survey. Audit / Inventory for Sub sea wellhead equipment. Certification on all sub sea hoses and lifting equipment. Procurement of fittings and tools for wellhead maintenance. Declutched pile repair - Seawater intake construction - Sheet pile removal for inlet - Pipe spool installation - Anode installation - produce daily activity log and produce method and approve procedures - oversee safety and onshore diving regulations working with local port authority.

2000 - Arco British Ltd - Client Representative - Annual ROV / Diving I.R.M. programme working in office writing procedures and maintenance on sub sea container. Control pod removal and installation, annulus pressure transmitter change out. (Pipeline repair)Pipeline span rectification on infield and export pipelines

1999- Arco British Ltd - Client Representative - Annual ROV / Diving I.R.M. programme Wellhead abandonment programme - Various maintenance tasks for repair of wellheads.

1999 - Conoco UK - Client Representative Sub sea wellhead production choke change out on NW bell wellhead.

1998 - J.P. Kenny Ltd (London). (Pipeline repair)– Diving consultant for deep-water repair procedures. Produce Emergency procedure Manual for: Leak Response - Hydrate response and rectification - Pipeline repair Diver and Remote range - ROV/Diving equipment for repair techniques - Emergency contact - Commissioning - Emergency pipe lay recovery for Diver/ROV intervention.

1998 - Amerada Hess - SNR Client Representative (Pipeline repair)Flushing pigging and cleaning operations on Hudson 10" & 8" pipelines into manifold from Shell Tern Alpha - monitoring diving operations for valve isolations.

1997 - Britannia Development - Alliance Marine Representative Based in London office for procedures and working on all offshore activities for Pipeline division. Onboard Castoro 6 during 14" & 28" lay (240klms).

Responsible to all members of the Alliance (Conoco, Chevron, EMC & J.P.Kenny) for all aspects of offshore activities including care and co-ordination of 3rd party operations and assets. Operations included procedure writing, HAZIP & HAZOPS, anchor positioning, Pipe pull & lay, trenching, umbilical installation, spool piece tie-ins, rock dumping and as built reports.

1996 - Arco British Ltd - SNR Client Representative

Trent & Tyne development, over seeing activities on pipe lay vessel Lorelay. Pipe burial on Allseas Trenchsetter and onboard the Seaway Harrier for Hyperbaric tee installations, metrology and spool piece installations. Also on drilling rig Rowan Halifax for wellhead commissioning.

1995-1996 - Arco British Ltd - Conoco UK - SNR Client Representative (combined operations) onboard Rockwater 1 & Semi 1 Overseeing all aspects of the Gawain, Jupiter developments. Co-ordination and control of all vessels within project including pipe lay on Castoro 6, trenching, riser installation, umbilical installation, spool and wellhead installation, pigging & testing, and wellhead commissioning.

1993-1994 - Arco China Inc SNR Client Representative On L.B. Semac 1 for development of Yacheng - China sub sea pipeline and construction activities in the South China Sea. Pipe lay from Hong Kong to Hannah Island 708KLM 28" and 16" into Island and pipe-pull from beach.
